A new customer from the large scale retail world: Gala, a new sign of L’Abbondanza, a group that has been active in the large-scale retail sector for over 40 years.
L’Abbondanza is a company associated to the Selex Group,existing in Umbria, Tuscany, Marche with 43 sales point branded Famila, A&O e Cash and Carry. The company desired to enter the market with its own brand, reflecting the set of values that have always characterized it: the care for the territory, with the development of synergies with local realities, a high standard of customer service through a trained and helpful staff, the care for the environment, the search for products with a high quality/price ratio and new tools to satisfy the needs of a consumer in continuous evolution.
Starting from the opening of the new Gala superstore at the Porta dell'Umbria shopping centre in Città di Castello on March 14th, the Gala brand will expand in the next few months through a brand change for the 42 Famila and A&O of the group.
It was our experience in retail and loyalty that made L'Abbondanza choose us for this launch and re-branding operation, knowing that they could find in Olojin a reliable partner, with the necessary experience to accompany them on this journey.
Olojin has launched for Gala a project that involved our marketing, graphic, loyalty and development departments: in addition to studying the new brand image together with the customer, from the brand to the sales point, we are designing offline and online communication and implementing the new website, which will contain loyalty solutions to reward its customers.
All this, as always, is done by thinking of marketing in an ethical approach, communicating with the customer with transparency, and always putting people and their needs at the heart of each of our projects.
